  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is required to place and confirm any custom orders.

  • We will refund any payment, LESS YOUR DEPOSIT, in the form of store credit for any order canceled with at least 14 days notice.

  • Any remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your desired pick up or delivery date.

  • Once your order leaves the premises or is delivered to the designated location, Tiffanee & Co Bakery and its employees will not be held responsible for any damages made. PLEASE look over your order IN ITS ENTIRETY before leaving the bakery or allowing the delivery person to leave.

  • PLEASE KEEP CAKES REFRIGERATED OR IN A COOL PLACE UNTIL READY TO SERVE. CAKES WILL SOFTEN AND LOOSE THEIR STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY.
