Party Booking

• A 50% deposit is required to book a decorating/birthday party.

• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Parties are typically held on Tuesday - Sunday. You can decide the time based on your schedule but you'll need to confirm we are available for your date and time.  

• Guest count and final Payment is due 2 weeks prior to event.  

  • $40 for each additional person over 10 (24 people maximum)

PARTY RULES:

• Children age 5-8 require 2 adults present for entire party. The adults are responsible for the children and their well-being at all times throughout the party. 

• Older children (ages 9-12), parents’ presence is optional. 

• Each participant will get to decorate and take home the treat specified for your party (gluten free are available for additional cost). Everyone would be required to have the same dietary restricted product due to the high possibility of cross-contamination.

• Absolutely NO permanent markers, crayons or outside food. 

• Includes a decorating demonstration by one of our Talented Cake Artists

• Custom themes are available (could result in additional fees).

• Food is provided by Tiffanee & Co Bakery/LaLa Land Bakery Supply Shoppe so we ask you not to bring outside food in to our private events.

• Please arrive on time and keep in mind, the instruction and decorating time can easily fill the allotted time frame. If you are afraid of guests not arriving on time, you may want to consider adding additional time to your party.  Additional time is $50 per half-hour.

CANCELLATION

​

• Events cancelled 2 weeks before the date will have store credit issued in the amount of the deposit if we cannot fill your date.

• ​Any event cancelled less than 2 weeks prior, the deposit will be retained by us and forfeited unless another event can be scheduled for your time slot.

• Any changes to the event date/time must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.  While we do our best to accommodate a date change, there is no guarantee of date availability since events book up very quickly. 

• If Tiffanee & Co Bakery must cancel the event due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule as soon as possible. ​

• Themed cake decorations $5.00 per attendee

• Fondant add-ons $5.00 extra per attendee

• Dietary restrictions i.e., Vegan, Eggless, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free $10.00 per attendee.

• Sunday Events are an additional $75.00

• Additional time is $50.00 per half-hour

• A Dessert Table can be added $5.00 extra per attendee, you and your guests can snack throughout the event -
